
Brendan Clark

Brendan Clark is Chief Executive Officer of Clark Capital Management Group. As the Firm’s leader in defining and executing its vision and strategy, Brendan is tasked with aligning Clark Capital’s mission with stakeholder needs. He oversees all of the firm’s business lines including custom-tailored strategies for high-net-worth investors, 40 Act products and strategist model delivery, and works to develop and enhance strategic partnerships and opportunities for growth.
Brendan has been with Clark Capital since 2001, where he has held positions of increasing responsibility including Executive Vice President of Business Development and President.
He earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst:registered: designation. Brendan is a member of the CFA:registered: Institute, the CFA:registered: Society of Philadelphia, and serves on the MMI Board of Governors.

Marissa Fox-Foley
Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Choreo
Marissa Fox-Foley is an award-winning marketing executive with over 25 years of industry experience. As Choreo’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, she develops and executes integrated strategies encompassing traditional and digital communication channels. In that role, she also supports the firm’s M&A strategy and advisor marketing programs.
She was integral in developing Choreo as a national stand-alone brand and helped build an employee-resource group dedicated to advancing career opportunities for women. Additionally, she led the marketing strategy for the Choreo Partner Alliance with affiliated CPA firms and launched Canvas, the firm’s multi-channel digital marketing and communications platform.
Previously, Marissa was Head of Corporate and Brand Marketing at Cetera Financial Group and Executive Vice President of Marketing at LPL Financial. She has degrees from Harvard University (Bachelor of Arts) and the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business (MBA in Marketing).

Bomy Hagopian, CPA

Bomy Hagopian is a Partner and Head of the Wealth Management practice at Berkshire Global Advisors LP, a leading global specialist investment bank focused on M&A and strategic advisory in the wealth management, investment management, securities and fintech sectors.
Bomy joined Berkshire in 2003. Bomy opened the firm’s San Francisco office in 2014 and leads the firm’s coverage of the Western region. She also spent a number of years spearheading Berkshire’s London office. During her tenure at Berkshire, Bomy has advised on a wide range of M&A transactions in the wealth management, private markets and traditional investment management sectors.
Bomy graduated from Harvard University with a BA degree in Economics, cum laude. Bomy is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.

Brian Hamburger

Brian Hamburger is the Founder, President and CEO of MarketCounsel Consulting and Founder and Chief Counsel of the Hamburger Law Firm, having founded both firms in 2000.
Each year MarketCounsel hosts the industry-leading conference, The MarketCounsel Summit. He is Chairman of the MarketCounsel Foundation, a member of the Invest in Others Board of Directors and its Executive Committee, a pro bono leader for the Foundation for Financial Planning and a member of the FINRA Dispute Resolution Board of Arbitrators.
Brian is also an investor and board member of several fintech initiatives and a leading advocate for independent financial advisors.

Andy Kalbaugh

Andy Kalbaugh is President of hybrid RIA The Wealth Consulting Group. A seasoned C-suite leader and board director, he is also a member of the Advisory Board of TowerBrook Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm.
Previously, Mr. Kalbaugh was Managing Director & Divisional President at LPL Financial, where he had oversight for the long-term growth, satisfaction and retention of more than 17,000 independent financial advisors and 800 financial institutions, representing more than $900 billion in assets. Previously, he served as CEO of American General Securities and CEO of Mutual Service Corp.
Mr. Kalbaugh is also currently a board member for Communities In Schools of Mecklenburg County, NC, where he previously served as President.

Joan Khoury
Managing Director & Chief Marketing Officer, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.
Joan Khoury joined Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in 2015 bringing deep experience leading and developing marketing teams in the retail, wealth, and institutional segments.
She previously was CMO for LPL Financial, where she developed the company’s marketing and brand strategy. Prior to that, she served as Head of Marketing for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where she refined and repositioned the firm’s wealth management business. Her earlier roles include Global Head of Marketing, Wachovia Evergreen Investments and Group Head of Global Marketing at Bank of New York Mellon. She began her professional career managing marketing communications for United Way of Macon, Georgia.
Joan earned a BA in Business Administration from Wesleyan College. She is a member of the Women’s Forum of New York, which is a network of leaders in the professions, arts and business.

Chris Paulitz
Principal, Advisor Group Benefits
A marcoms and benefits consultant, Chris Paulitz spent a decades-long career on Capitol Hill and as a Presidential Appointee before he joined industry insurance benefits group Disability Specialists (DSI) in 2024.
Prior to DSI, he served over 13 years at the Financial Services Institute (FSI), where he led FSI’s strategic initiatives including a new, revolutionary insurance program for financial advisors under the CoveredAdvisor Benefits Program umbrella, in collaboration with DSI.
Before FSI, he served as SVP of Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs for the Insured Retirement Institute, after working as a spokesman and strategic advisor for both U.S. House and Senate leadership offices, the Republican National Committee, the National Republican Congressional Committee and the Bush Administration.
Chris is married with seven children and earned a bachelor’s degree in communication and journalism from The Ohio State University.

Susan Theder

Susan Theder is the Chief Marketing and Experience Officer at FMG Suite and a member of the company’s Senior Leadership Team. Susan places an emphasis on the importance of customer-focused strategies that leverage data and technology to deliver personalized and customized experiences that WOW.
She has a passion for helping financial professionals grow and market their businesses and is an active supporter of women and diversity initiatives. She was named CMO of the year by WealthManagement.com in 2019 and a Women to Watch by Investment News in 2019. Susan currently serves on the Board of Directors for SMARSH and ComplySci, both leading SaaS/RegTech companies serving the financial services industry.
Before joining FMG Suite, Susan served as Chief Marketing Officer at both Advisor Group and Cetera Financial Group where she was responsible for all aspects of marketing and advisor marketing. Prior to that, she was a Managing Director at Pershing/BNY Mellon and held senior positions in marketing, product management and practice management at Fidelity Investments.

Sid Yenamandra

Sid Yenamandra is Founder & CEO of Surge Ventures, a SaaS venture studio working to build the next generation of game-changing SaaS companies to tackle emerging compliance risks such as advisor data governance, client privacy obligations management, user entitlement management and holistic Personally Identifiable Information (PII) posture assessments.
Prior to founding Surge Ventures, Sid was CEO & Founder of Entreda from its inception in 2012. Acquired by K1 Investment Management and Smarsh in 2020, Sid continued to serve as CEO of Entreda for over two years post-acquisition, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Smarsh.
Previously, Sid served as VP of Product and Marketing at venture-funded Plato Networks, which was subsequently acquired by publicly-traded Netlogic Microsystems in 2010 and later by Fortune 500 company Broadcom for $4 billion in 2012. In 2004, Sid co-founded PacketFX, an innovative developer of software configurable, network processor technology which was adopted by and sold to publicly-traded Exar corporation.
Sid holds dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley. He also serves on the advisory board of numerous venture-funded startups and is an active contributor and speaker for many cybersecurity organizations.
