FINNY AI on Wednesday announced the launch of Multi-Channel Campaigns, a new capability that it said allows advisors to build fully automated, multi-channel prospecting outreach campaigns in minutes.
The latest FINNY prospecting offering combines a new LinkedIn Actions feature, AI-generated voicemails, personalized emails and handwritten direct mail into what the company calls a “single, fully personalized outreach campaign designed for effective lead conversion.”
LinkedIn Actions lets advisors schedule LinkedIn tasks including connection requests and direct messages from the FINNY platform, which are automated and can be customized for tone and messaging, according to the firm.
Multi-Channel Campaigns and LinkedIn Actions make use of FINNY’s data intelligence and automation capabilities, according to the firm. The firm said its offering is designed to provide advisors with consistent outreach and stronger engagement across multiple touchpoints and communication through prospects’ preferred channels.
The new features will go live on Monday, Victoria Toli, President and Co-Founder of FINNY, told WSR by email.
“While there was no pilot per se, these are all very much anticipated features and the feedback was extremely enthusiastic when we walked our customers through our plans,” she said. “So much so that, upon launch, we didn’t want to gatekeep these features from some customers while releasing it to others. All ~250 FINNY users will gain access to these at the same time.”

“The future of prospecting is multi-touch, multi-channel and hyper-personalized, and LinkedIn will play a key role in that,” Toli predicted.

The new features build on recent innovations announced in June, including Intent Search – which FINNY said uses 1.8 billion proprietary intent signals to help advisors identify and engage high-potential prospects – as well as Prospect Enrichment and AI-powered voicemails.
