FMG Suite, a marketing technology platform for financial advisors, insurance professionals and enterprises, announced four additions to its senior team as the firm focuses on AI innovation and expanding its reach.
The new hires include Christian Short, Senior Vice President of AI Strategy & Operations; Nathan Worthington, Senior Vice President of Customer Success; and Strategic Enterprise Account Executives Kevin Jurick and Jeremy Kowalski.
These appointments come shortly after FMG’s recent board expansion and reflect the company’s investment in the next phase of its platform strategy, it said in a release. The firm said it is expanding leadership in AI strategy and infrastructure, customer success and enterprise sales.
“FMG is entering a new phase. We are evolving from a marketing platform into the compliant growth platform for the financial services industry, and that requires leadership built for where the market is going,” said Dave Christensen, CEO of FMG Suite.
Christensen believes that Short, who comes from EY-Parthenon and Bain, will provide a clear AI strategy across FMG’s entire product line. Worthington, who was most recently with Institutional Shareholder Services, has been tapped to deliver an elevated customer experience intended to turn enterprise relationships into long-term growth.
Jurick, who worked at Goldman Sachs, and Kowalski, whose career includes stints at Salesforce and IBM, are expected to bring the platform to more enterprise firms.
“Enterprise growth in this market is not just about winning deals, but earning trust and then delivering results that expand over time,” said Matt Newman, Chief Revenue Officer at FMG. “Together, this team gives us more scale across the full enterprise lifecycle.”
Financial advisors, insurance professionals and enterprises use FMG to scale compliant, client-centered marketing to help drive organic growth. The platform is used by more than 80,000 financial professionals.
