Kestra Private Wealth Services (Kestra PWS) member The Sade Group in Stuart, Florida, added advisor Worth Trainor as a Managing Director and rebranded as Riverside Private Wealth Management, the Kestra Financial subsidiary announced Thursday. A Kestra PWS spokesperson told WSR that Worth will bring approximately $125 million in client assets under management (AUM) to Riverside.

The Sade Group joined the Kestra network of independent advisors in 2015 and is led by Scott Sade, Founder and Managing Director. The firm also includes Jody Zirn, Portfolio Manager, and Robin Miley, Office Manager.

Combined, Sade and Trainor oversee more than $300 million in AUM, according to Kestra PWS. Riverside provides comprehensive financial services to family and business investors.

Trainor served over 10 years as a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at UBS starting in 2014 and more than 14 years as Vice President of Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors starting in 2000, according to his LinkedIn profile.

“The opportunity to join Scott and his team in an independent setting is so exciting,” said Trainor. “Scott and I are completely aligned in terms of building out the best client experience, providing retirement, investment, estate, insurance and tax services to help our clients achieve success.”

“We’re excited to welcome Worth to the team,” said Sade. “Bringing on a partner with such an extensive background will only increase the capabilities we’re able to provide our clients.”

Bartenstein added, “Going independent is not only an exciting next step for Worth but exemplifies the nature and devotion of our management team to continue assisting our partners in adding like-minded advisors to their firms.”

In October, Austin, Texas-based Kestra Financial said it added Wealth Empowerment Financial Strategies (WEFS) to its network of independent wealth management firms from B. Riley Wealth Management. The WEFS team of 31 advisors and staff members oversees $1.4 billion in AUM, Kestra said.
