LPL Financial announced Tuesday that Ohio wealth advisors Breanne Bovara and Derrick Petry have joined the firm’s W-2 channel, Linsco by LPL Financial, to launch Moto Wealth Partners.
The advisors reported serving about $2 billion at their prior firm, Fifth Third Private Bank, in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets as of Dec. 31, 2024, LPL said.
Moto, with offices in Cincinnati and Dayton, focuses on high net worth and ultra-high net worth families, with a strong presence in Ohio. Bovara serves as Moto’s Managing Partner and Wealth Advisor, and Petry as Partner and Director of Investment Strategy.
“LPL provides the operational freedom and sophisticated tools we need to elevate the client experience,” said Bovara. “With LPL’s scale and support behind us, we can streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and dedicate more time to building meaningful relationships and solving complex financial challenges.”

Scott Posner, Managing Director of Business Development at LPL, said of Bovara and Petry, “Their client-first approach and commitment to innovation aligns with LPL’s mission to empower advisors with flexibility and technology to deliver exceptional value.”
LPL serviced and custodied about $2.3 trillion in brokerage and advisory assets as of Oct. 30. The firm supports more than 32,000 financial advisors and the wealth management practices of about 1,100 financial institutions, LPL said.
