Obituary For Tina C. Powell
Tina C. Powell, Partner and Chief of Community, Intention.ly
Published:

Tina C. Powell, 59, of Yardley, PA, died peacefully on June 5, 2026, at Villa Marie Claire, surrounded by the people she loved. Born October 25, 1966, Tina was a mother, digital marketing entrepreneur, podcast host, and community builder who had a rare and beautiful gift: she made everyone around her feel truly seen. She remembered the details. She showed up without being asked. She had a way of looking at the people she loved and helping them see in themselves what she had always seen in them: that they were capable, worthy, and meant for more.

Whether she was championing women leaders on her podcast In The Suite, creating Lung Cancer Strong to bring hope to fellow patients, building a thriving career in digital marketing, or simply being present for the people she loved, Tina poured herself into everything she did. She pushed those around her to be their best, celebrated their wins like they were her own, and never missed a beat when it came to being there.

A proud alumna of Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she earned her BS in Business Management Magna Cum Laude, and New York University, where she completed her Master of Arts in Graphic Communications Management and Technology with a perfect 4.0, Tina believed deeply in the power of education and led by example in everything she pursued.

She is survived by her partner, Mark Germain; her mother, Joanne Sutera; her brother, Anthony Susco; her children, Rachel Rosenberg and her husband Michael, and David Powell and his wife Janelle, whom she called her greatest achievement; and her three grandchildren, Mackenzie, Lola, and TJ.

Memorial visitation will be held Friday, June 12th from 2:00–8:00 PM at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Rd., Oradell, NJ. A Funeral Mass and Burial will follow Saturday, June 13th at 10:30 AM at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 47 W. Afton Ave., Yardley, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tina's memory to Villa Marie Claire, the LUNGevity tribute fund (https://fundraise.lungevity.org/campaigns/In-Memory-of-Tina-Powell), or St. Andrew's in Yardley are warmly welcomed.

"One person can make a difference, and everyone should try. She did not just try, she did. And we carry that forward with us always." – Anonymous
