Prudential Advisors launched a mobile version of its Prudential Advisors Connect AI- based productivity platform. The app features client searching with portfolio summaries, a dashboard for leads that integrates phone calls and emails, and Microsoft Outlook scheduling.
The app is supported on iOS 18 and higher, and the firm said an Android version is coming soon. The firm plans for the app to complement the desktop platform by extending mobile capability to desktop features.
“The launch of our Prudential Advisors Connect mobile app marks an important step in our ongoing efforts to support advisors the way they support their clients,” said Pat Hynes, President of Prudential Advisors. “By combining continuous data enhancements with practical mobile capabilities, we’re empowering advisors to stay connected and informed – to be effective where they are. The app is about giving advisors more time for what matters most: building trusted relationships with their clients.”
The Prudential Advisors Connect platform launched in 2024, integrating financial planning, CRM, investments, annuities and lead management.
According to the firm, the platform resulted in a 5% increase in advisor productivity, a 10% rise in lead conversion and a 24% increase in “Ease of Doing Business” scores. The firm said it implemented 74% of platform enhancements suggested by users.
Hynes said that the latest advancements at his firm underscore a “technology with a human touch” philosophy. “We take pride in deploying cutting-edge platforms to enhance, not replace, advisor judgment.”
Prudential Advisors has over 3,000 financial advisors and planners.
