Sanctuary Wealth recruited Richard LeSavoy to Centeras Private Wealth through its Enterprise Partner Program. LeSavoy joins Centeras from Lincoln Investment, where he operated a solo practice in Massachusetts for 11 years.

Earlier this year, Sanctuary established its Enterprise Partner Program to support its partner firms’ inorganic growth efforts by helping them recruit advisors and educating partner firm leadership.

Centeras Private Wealth is the latest Sanctuary practice to onboard an advisor after completing the Enterprise Partner Program curriculum. Founded by Travis Grieb, Centeras joined Sanctuary from Ameriprise in 2020.

“I’ve considered moving my practice for the past several years, and found the right partners with Centeras and Sanctuary,” said LeSavoy. “I felt an immediate connection and cultural alignment with the way Travis and his team run their business. Continuity is important to me, and I know that if something unexpected happens to me, my clients would be in great hands.”

Centeras will have $175 million in client assets after adding assets brought by LeSavoy.

“We are thrilled that Richard has decided to join our firm as we continue to execute our strategic growth plan,” said Grieb. “We appreciate the encouragement, guidance and support we received through Sanctuary’s Enterprise Partner Program, which helped us get this deal done.”

Mitch Benedon, a Next Gen advisor, joined Sanctuary partner Eclipse Private Wealth Management through the program in June. Sanctuary has over 125 partner firms with more than $55 billion in assets on and in transition to its platform.
