Savvy Advisors announced Thursday that it picked up Perspective 6 Wealth Advisors, a Minneapolis-based team with about $270 million in assets under management (AUM), from Focus Financial.

The Savvy Wealth RIA subsidiary founded in 2022 also said it recruited 12 additional advisors, boosting its total advisor headcount to 68.

Perspective 6 serves clients nationwide, with strong concentrations in California, Florida, Minnesota and Wisconsin, Savvy said.

The Perspective 6 team specializes in advising professionals in the medical technology and medical device industries, with services that include business owner succession planning, complex benefits strategies, equity compensation planning and retirement planning.

“Advisors today want to grow faster without sacrificing independence — but many platforms make them choose between control and support,” according to Ritik Malhotra, CEO and Founder of Savvy Wealth.

“At Savvy, we’re building something different: a future-ready platform where advisors don’t have to compromise,” he said. “From our AI-powered infrastructure to our integrated marketing and operations support, everything is designed to help advisors grow efficiently and sustainably.”

Malhotra added, “Our newest additions represent exactly the kind of forward-thinking mindset we see across our Savvy community: ambitious, client-focused and ready to lead the future of wealth management.”

The firm recently announced it closed on a $72 million Series B funding round and surpassed $2 billion in AUM. Mark Casady, ex-LPL Financial CEO and Chairman, who participated in the Series B, also recently joined Savvy’s board of directors, it said.

The firm said it continues to look for advisors to recruit.
