SFA Partners has promoted Inman Porter to Senior Vice President of Advisor Solutions, a newly created role. He will report to Jamie Mackay, SFA Partners’ President and COO, and oversee a consolidated group that brings together the firm’s advisor relations and investment solutions teams.
The new advisor solutions team is intended to streamline how the Atlanta-based company supports its network of independent financial advisors. SFA Partners said in a news release that the change is aimed at improving coordination between relationship management and investment support functions while providing a more unified experience for advisors.
“By bringing Advisor Relations and Investment Solutions together under his leadership, we’re better positioned to deliver a truly integrated experience – helping advisors connect business strategy, client needs, and practice growth in a much more seamless way,” said Mackay, referring to Porter and his new role.
Porter joined SFA Partners in 2019 and has since held a series of leadership roles with the company, which includes The Strategic Financial Alliance (SFA) and Strategic Blueprint.
Meanwhile, the company also recently hired Deaderick Jones to serve as Chief Compliance Officer of SFA. Earlier in his career, Jones held a variety of compliance leadership positions with AIG Advisor Group, FSC Securities and Osaic, according to his LinkedIn profile.
