Redwood City, California-based Pettinelli Financial Partners, an independent wealth manager affiliated with Stratos Wealth Partners, announced the completion of a multi-year strategic realignment, including a generational leadership transition and the transformation into a 100% employee-owned enterprise. The firm has over $750 million in assets as of Dec. 31.
Dennis Pettinelli, the firm’s founder, has transitioned from leading daily operations to representing Pettinelli Financial in the marketplace, mentoring professionals at the firm and serving as an advocate for its clients.
During the six-year tenure of current President Jon Pettinelli – Dennis Pettinelli’s son – the firm strengthened its leadership team, including the following new partners who have also become owners of the firm as part of the restructuring: Janice Fong, Client Relationship Manager; Allison Steele, Office Manager; Rick Rodriguez, Financial Advisor; and Cooper Grady, Director of Financial Planning.
Jon Pettinelli says the reorganization will benefit clients. “With four new committed owners, we are better positioned than at any other time in our firm’s history to accelerate our growth and success by further elevating the quality and sophistication of the service experience we deliver to seek multi-generational wealth for our clients.”
Pettinelli added, “Central to our reorganization is creating a truly integrated team-model approach. We can now mobilize the full spectrum of expertise and skills across our entire firm to provide a comprehensive, planning-based experience for each client. This model enhances our prior structure and will be a robust foundation for our forward growth vision.”
Stratos recruited Pettinelli Financial from Osaic in February 2024. Stratos Wealth Partners is part of Stratos Wealth Holdings, along with Stratos Wealth Advisors and Stratos Private Wealth.
