Irvine, California-based Trilogy Financial Services hired Hayley Henningsen as Vice President of Business Development to help source, qualify and close acquisition targets for the firm. She will report to Jason Inglis, who joined Trilogy in February as Chief Development Officer.

Henningsen will focus her outreach efforts on mid-sized RIAs and financial advisory practices that align strategically, financially and culturally with Trilogy.

“We are excited to enhance our inorganic growth efforts by bringing Hayley to the Trilogy team,” said Inglis. “She brings a great deal of industry knowledge, existing relationships, and positive energy with her to Trilogy.”

According to a news release, Henningsen has worked directly with advisors to guide them through succession and continuity planning, optimize their profitability and access new growth strategies. Prior to Trilogy, she served as Associate Director of Business Development at Sowell Management.

“Trilogy is in growth mode and has a terrific story to tell,” said Henningsen. “As an advisor-built, owned, and led firm, the team knows what advisors want and clients need in this evolving industry.”

A hybrid RIA with 10 regional offices, the firm was founded by advisors in 1999 and currently has over $4 billion in client assets.

“We have ambitious expansion plans, and Hayley is the right person to help us achieve those goals and capitalize on the consolidation in the wealth management industry thoughtfully and strategically,” added Inglis.
