RLR Rebrands As Ascentix, Launches Growth Network
The firm I founded, RLR Strategic Partners, rebranded as Ascentix Partners and launched the Ascentix Partners Network, an alliance of consulting firms: Bridgemark Strategies, GreenLine Consultants, Essential Edge, Advisor Group Benefits and Haven Tower Group.
Ascentix also added three Partners: Jim Roth, Jim Nagengast and Todd Glassman; named Joe Kuo as Co-Founder and Managing Partner; added Katherine Paulson as CMO; and confirmed Drew Brophy will continue as Chief of Staff.

GeoWealth Raises $38 Million In Latest Funding Round, Led By Apollo
GeoWealth announced that it raised a total of $38 million in a Series C funding round led by alternative asset manager Apollo. The $38 million includes the $18 million investment by BlackRock, J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors that was announced a year ago.
GeoWealth said it plans to use the capital to expand its public-private model capabilities, as well as invest in product development and human capital to meet increased demand for broader assets in unified managed accounts (UMAs).
Arax Buys $1 Billion Missouri RIA
Arax Investment Partners announced that it acquired Summit Wealth Strategies, an RIA based in Chesterfield, Missouri, with $1 billion in AUM.
Sanctuary Partner mFORCE Adds $400 Million Team From Truist
Sanctuary Wealth’s affiliate mFORCE added Fossil Rock Private Wealth, a $400 million team from Texas. Fossil Rock was founded by Larry Milton, who most recently was with Truist.
Milton and mFORCE Founder Bradley Bruce have a 35-year relationship that began at Merrill Lynch.
FINNY Adds Multi-Channel, Automated Prospect Outreach Feature
FINNY AI announced the launch of Multi-Channel Campaigns, a new capability that allows advisors to build fully automated, multi-channel prospecting outreach campaigns in minutes. The latest FINNY prospecting offering combines a new LinkedIn Actions feature, AI-generated voicemails, personalized emails and handwritten direct mail.
The LinkedIn Actions feature automates certain functions in LinkedIn from FINNY’s platform.
CAIS Teams With Solactive To Launch Private Credit BDC Index
CAIS launched a private credit index based on business development companies and calculated by Solactive.
