Atlanta expansion: Prime Capital Financial is entering the Atlanta metro market for the first time by acquiring Sugarloaf Wealth Management. The deal will add almost $1 billion in assets to Prime Capital. Prime Capital’s CEO, Glenn Spencer, and Sugarloaf’s Managing Principal, Jason Connolly, provided comments.
Leaving the wirehouse: Sanctuary Wealth announced that Kristin Larson joined from UBS and launched NewSpring Wealth Partners. Sanctuary’s CEO, Adam Malamed, and President, Vince Fertitta, commented, along with Larson.
Louisville acquisition: Kestra Holdings subsidiary Bluespring Wealth Partners acquired $560 million Reliant Wealth Planning, based in Louisville, Kentucky. Reliant is led by Founding Partners Shaun Chelf and Laura Clark. Chelf and Bluespring’s President, Pradeep Jayaraman, commented.
