Custody relationship: Perigon Wealth Management added to its existing relationship with Goldman Sachs by engaging Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions. Perigon’s CEO, Arthur Ambarik, and Goldman’s Head of RIA Custody Sales, Bill Dalton, commented.

Impact investing cooperation: WSR was the first to bring exclusive coverage that Jason Britton, Founder of Reflection Asset Management and Reflection Analytics, will serve as CIO of Newday Impact in a collaboration to bring Reflection’s tools and services to Newday. Britton and Newday’s CEO and Founder, Doug Heske, commented.

Retirement recruiting: Integrated Partners announced that RetirementDNA, with over $1 billion in AUM, joined its network as an affiliate. The RetirementDNA team is led by Managing Partners Daniel Dubois and Shawna Christiansen. Dubois and Integrated’s Chief Growth Officer, Robert Sandrew, commented.

Reusable digital ID: iCapital announced an agreement to acquire wealthtech firm Parallel Markets, and will produce a reusable digital ID to aid in client identification, onboarding and compliance. iCapital’s CEO and Chairman, Lawrence Calcano, and Parallel’s Co-Founder and CEO, Tony Peccatiello, commented.

Hello World: World Investments, the broker-dealer affiliate of World Investments Advisors, recruited New Jersey-based Freeman & Vannauker from Osaic. The firm is led by Partners Brian Freeman and Mark Vannauker. Troy Hammond, CEO of World Investment Advisors, and Tom Hyland, President of World Investments, provided commentary.
