Coinciding with Women’s History Month, WSR again highlights the achievements of outstanding women leaders and professionals in wealth management as the Top Women Industry Leaders of 2026, part of our fifth annual Pathfinder Awards series.

The invitation-only Pathfinders honor outstanding professionals and executives from backgrounds that are underrepresented in the industry. In a separate article published concurrently, we provide a platform for the winners to address issues of diversity, equity and inclusion.

The winners were selected based on their reputation and impact in the industry, excellence in their careers, broad influence and the ability to serve as role models for women in or considering careers in wealth management. They are listed alphabetically below.

Andree Mohr, President, Integrated Partners

Andree Mohr, President of Integrated Partners

As President of Integrated Partners, Andree Mohr oversees strategy, operations and growth for an expanding RIA with an advisor-CPA partnership platform. Since assuming the role in 2024, she has guided the firm’s expansion.

In 2025, it added eight advisory teams, onboarding 27 advisors and more than $2 billion in assets under advisement. She also expanded its CPA Alliance to 250 partners, reinforcing a model that integrates tax and financial planning to drive organic growth.

Mohr also oversaw the launch of an AI-based advisor dashboard designed to unify data and workflows across practices. She joined the firm in 2015, holding various leadership roles in business development and strategy before becoming President. She emphasizes scalable operating models and center-of-influence relationships to support long-term advisor growth. 

Leslie Norman, Chief Technology Officer, Dynasty Financial Partners

Leslie Norman, Chief Technology Officer at Dynasty Financial Partners

As Chief Technology Officer of Dynasty Financial Partners, Leslie Norman is responsible for the strategy and delivery of technology solutions supporting the independent advisors affiliated with Dynasty. She oversees product and engineering, information technology, cybersecurity and technology services.

Prior to joining Dynasty in 2022, Norman held leadership roles within product development at Raymond James, where she designed tools to help advisors manage daily operations and deepen client engagement. She also led operational modernization initiatives, including enhancements to back-office processes and cash management capabilities.

As Chief Technology Officer, she focuses on optimizing the advisor technology stack, emphasizing integration, security and scalability. Norman holds master’s degrees in business administration and international business, as well as a bachelor’s degree in finance, from the University of Florida.

Desireé Sii, Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Accounts, AssetMark

Desireé Sii, Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Accounts at AssetMark

Desireé Sii serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Accounts at AssetMark, where she manages enterprise partnerships with independent wealth management firms, hybrid RIAs and advisory networks. Her work centers on growth, platform adoption and enterprise consulting.

Prior to joining AssetMark in 2024, Sii was President and CEO of SagePoint Financial and Managing Director, Supervision and Controls at Charles Schwab. She began her career as a financial advisor.

Over the past year, Sii has refined her firm’s account engagement and encouraged greater cross-functional collaboration to provide a more integrated service model to advisors. She also speaks on enterprise growth and change management, and advocates for mentorship and advancing women within financial services.

Anne Marie Stonich, Chief Client Experience Officer, Coldstream

Anne Marie Stonich, Chief Client Experience Officer, Coldstream

Anne Marie Stonich serves as Chief Client Experience Officer and a Board Member at Coldstream, based in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, she works with the firm’s planning and investment teams, coordinates with its Chief Investment Officer, Bryan Shipley, and leads its Wealth Strategy Group. She became Chief Client Experience Officer in 2025 after previously serving as the firm’s Chief Wealth Strategist.

Stonich joined Coldstream in 2021 following its merger with Paracle Advisors, the Seattle-area wealth management firm she co-founded in 2004. At Paracle, she worked with clients on financial planning and investment strategy and helped establish processes designed to support a consistent client experience across advisory teams.

Prior to Paracle, Stonich worked as a CPA at Deloitte & Touche and later served as a Lead Advisor at Brighton Jones Wealth Management. She also holds the Certified Financial Planner designation and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.

Lisandra Wilmott, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Savvy Wealth

Lisandra Wilmott serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Savvy Wealth. She oversees the firm’s legal and regulatory work and is tasked to build infrastructure that supports independent advisors while maintaining rigorous standards.

She has over two decades of legal experience covering regulatory enforcement, litigation and M&A. Prior to Savvy, she was General Counsel at Pathstone, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at LPL Financial, and Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at J.P. Morgan. She recently led the legal defense effort when a competing firm sued against Savvy alleging advisor poaching, gaining a full dismissal of the claims.

Under her direction, the company has developed a compliance program designed to scale as advisors grow, with an emphasis on clarity and operational alignment. She positions legal leadership as an enabler rather than an obstacle at her firm and with affiliated advisors.
