RIA Composition Wealth appointed Gabrielle Glemann as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and Joe Salcido as Head of Advisors. Glemann has 20 years of experience working with financial services firms, while Salcido has more than 20 years of financial services experience.
As General Counsel and CCO, Glemann will oversee the firm’s legal and compliance functions and advise its leadership team on governance, risk management and growth strategy. Salcido will support Composition Wealth’s advisors with coaching and practice management as they pursue organic growth.

Glemann has advised RIAs, private fund managers and global investment platforms during her 20-year career. She was most recently General Counsel and Partner at RIA Cercano Management. Before that, she was Director of Legal & Compliance at BlackRock.
Salcido has worked in financial services for more than 20 years, including in sales, trading and operations. Before joining Composition Wealth, he was Regional Director of Wealth Planning at Edelman Financial Engines. Before Edelman, he spent more than a decade at Vanguard in sales, trading and operations leadership.
