San Francisco-based Feathery, provider of an AI-based data collection, document processing, onboarding and operational workflow system, announced the launch of its AI-powered Proposal Generation solution for wealth management firms. The tool is intended to improve organic growth rates by enabling advisors to create personalized proposals for their clients and prospects.
“Wealth firms know how to deliver personalization that’s unique to each client’s financial situation but doing so takes time and requires significant collaboration across different groups in an organization,” said Peter Dun, Co-Founder and CEO of Feathery. “Feathery helps firms bring together their collective expertise and remove operational complexity so they can deliver more personalized experiences while reducing manual work.”
The Proposal Generation tool makes customized proposal development practical at scale, according to the firm. It puts client data, planning documents, advisor expertise and firm-approved templates into a single workspace, where the firm’s AI assistant, Robin, uses these inputs to draft client proposals. Teams can use natural language to chat with Robin about proposals, and Robin updates proposals based on the chats.
Last month, Feathery announced it raised $30 million in total funding, including a recently completed Series A, from Portage Ventures, Index Ventures, Allstate Strategic Ventures, Clocktower Ventures, Erie Strategic Ventures and Bain Capital Ventures.
