The firm, which focuses exclusively on the wealth management industry, said Langlois will provide strategic counsel as it expands its client offerings and approaches its 15th anniversary.

“As Haven Tower continues to grow alongside our clients and expand our reach across the wealth management ecosystem, we remain committed to surrounding ourselves with exceptional leaders who have built distinguished careers and can help shape our future,” said Joe Kuo, Founder and CEO of Haven Tower Group and Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Ascentix Partners.

Langlois most recently served as President of Kestra Financial.

He now serves as Managing Principal of Seaport Consulting Partners, where he advises the boards and leadership teams of fintech and financial services organizations on growth strategy, innovation and business transformation.

In March, Langlois joined the Board of Directors of tax planning software provider Holistiplan.

Before Kestra, Langlois spent nine years at Fidelity Investments. His roles there included Head of Distribution Strategy for Fidelity Institutional and Head of Strategic Business Development for Fidelity Wealth Technologies.

After leading Fidelity’s acquisition of eMoney Advisor, Langlois served as the financial planning software company’s Chief Revenue Officer, expanding the platform’s adoption across the RIA, broker-dealer, bank and insurance channels.

Earlier in his career, Langlois held senior leadership roles at LPL Financial and worked at Bain & Company. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a bachelor’s degree from Colby College.
