Sanctuary Wealth expanded its leadership team with three hires in estate and wealth planning, M&A and advisor growth marketing.
Sanctuary, based in Miami, named Harry Drozdowski Managing Director of Advanced Estate & Wealth Planning, Reilly Cornell Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Kelly LaPalio Vice President of Advisor Growth Marketing.
“We are building for where our Partner Firms are going, not simply where they are today,” said Adam Malamed, CEO of Sanctuary Wealth. “Harry, Reilly and Kelly bring the experience and perspective to help advisors address more complex client needs, pursue new avenues for growth and prepare their businesses for what comes next. Their arrival represents an important investment in the next generation of our platform and the long-term success of our community.”
In July, Sanctuary said advisor teams representing more than $5.9 billion in client assets affiliated with its platform during the first half of 2026, lifting its trailing 12-month recruited assets to a record $12.7 billion.
Sanctuary said it is expanding the platform’s ability to support advisors through multiple stages of development, from serving complex client needs to pursuing organic growth, acquisitions and succession planning.
Drozdowski will help advisors evaluate and coordinate estate, trust and legacy planning strategies for high and ultra-high net worth clients. A graduate of Harvard Law School, he most recently served as Executive Director and Private Wealth Strategist at Wells Fargo.

Cornell will work with partner firms and external RIAs to source, evaluate and execute M&A opportunities. She was previously a Principal on the M&A team at Bluespring Wealth Partners and earlier worked in Citi’s Investment Banking division.
LaPalio will work with advisors on digital marketing, content and lead-generation strategies to attract new clients, strengthen existing relationships and support growth. She has held leadership roles at FocusPoint Solutions, Avantax and Hightower, where she worked across both platform-level and advisor-focused marketing.
“Independence must continue to evolve if it is going to meet the changing needs of advisors and their clients,” Malamed said. “Our responsibility is to anticipate those needs, continue investing in the platform and expand the choices available to Partner Firms. Whatever direction their businesses take, we want them to have the expertise, capabilities and support to follow the path that best fits their goals and the needs of their clients.”
