Kelly Park Capital (KPC) Private Funds on Wednesday announced the launch of PRISM 2.0, saying it is the “next evolution” of the firm’s technology platform and features “5-in-1” onboarding enabling financial advisors and their clients to complete one subscription process across multiple alternative investments, decreasing administrative complexity.

“Prism beta started development in mid-2025” and, prior to the recent launch, KPC “conducted a pilot phase known as ‘Prism Beta’” from January through April this year, with “limited invitees and a dedicated flow to receiving financial advisor feedback,” Dean Rubino, CEO of the firm, told Wealth Solutions Report by email.

PRISM 2.0’s “framework was built around three core problems facing financial advisors when accessing private investment solutions on behalf of clients,” he said.

“Each of these was based on advisor ‘wishlists,’” he said, noting they included:

  • Scale & Simplicity: To make sure an advisor can “deploy customized private-market portfolios across an entire client base without creating an operational nightmare.”
  • Advisor Control: To make sure the advisor remains at the center of the client relationship, especially when it comes to information, communications and the client experience.
  • Consistency & Transparency: To make sure an advisor can “evaluate, implement and monitor different investments through a common framework, rather than relearning the process and presentation for every fund,” he said.

The firm now has more than 100 users on PRISM 2.0, which uses AI, he went on to say.

“AI is used throughout PRISM, including in aspects of its design and coding,” he told WSR. “We also use AI to review and optimize system architecture, particularly around workflows and integrations. On a more practical level, AI has been a valuable tool for ensuring the aforementioned consistency across collateral materials and reporting.”

He pointed out, “For advisors, AI works behind the scenes to support a number of PRISM functions, such as helping interpret and organize complex capital call information. On the advisor-facing side, we have AI models that leverage our proprietary, in-house diligence and historical repository of private fund data, spanning nearly 25 years, to help answer investment-related questions for advisors.”

He added, “While AI is an incredibly powerful tool, we pride ourselves on being both ‘high-touch and high-tech.’ You can’t have one without the other. Our strength comes from our experience, and trust comes from the relationships we've built with advisors. AI can't replace either of those; it can only augment it.”

In a press release announcing PRISM 2.0’s launch, he said, “Administrative complexity shouldn’t be the reason advisors miss opportunities or waste valuable time on paperwork instead of serving clients.”

Alternative investment subscriptions, even when digitized, often require investors to complete a separate subscription and AML onboarding process for each fund, “repeatedly inputting the same personal and financial information, navigating varying qualification requirements and executing multiple signature packets across multiple document packages that frequently exceed 200 pages each,” the firm said.

But KPC explained, “PRISM 2.0 approaches the process differently. Rather than requiring advisors and investors to complete a separate subscription package for every investment, PRISM's 5-in-1 onboarding enables investors to complete a single streamlined onboarding process before allocating capital across multiple underlying investment strategies.”

Michael Siedlecki, Managing Director and Head of Investment Research, Kelly Park Capital Private Funds

“Too much of our industry has focused on making a complicated process slightly more efficient by piling five sets of documents into one e-signature process,” Michael Siedlecki, Managing Director and Head of Investment Research at KPC, said in a news release.

“But why is this process so complicated in the first place? That question shaped KPC Private Funds, and we sought to answer it with PRISM 2.0.”

Siedlecki added, “Rather than digitizing an outdated workflow; we designed a better one.”
