Amplify Launches Integrated Custody Solutions For RIAs With Goldman Sachs

Amplify Platform announced the launch of Custody Command Layer, a platform solution for independent RIA firms, enterprises and platforms that is integrated with Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions (GSCS).

The Amplify and GSCS platforms are designed for large independent RIAs to scale their practices and serve clients, while retaining their brand identities and independence, Amplify said.

Clearstead Advisors Buys $2.6 Billion Philadelphia Team From myCIO

Cleveland-based RIA Clearstead Advisors announced it acquired a Philadelphia-based wealth management team from myCIO Wealth Partners. The team advised on about $2.6 billion of regulatory assets under management (AUM) as of March 31.

Clearstead’s acquisition strategy is supported by majority owner Flexpoint Ford.

Feathery Reaches $2 Billion Milestone In Quarterly Transition Volume

Feathery announced that firms using its advisor transitions platform transitioned more than $2 billion in AUM during the first quarter of 2026.

The firm uses AI and workflow automation to replace traditional, manual transition processes.
